MADNESS
Featured in an upcoming issue of the SciDAC Review, Multiresolution ADaptive NumErical Scientific Simulation (MADNESS) is a promising framework for scientific simulation. Shown here, a molecular dimer at a representative geometry, simulating the interaction of two cytosine bases within a larger DNA molecule, was generated by researchers in Japan using MADNESS.
